The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences. The program allows pilots an opportunity to interview for our clients' Core Fleet as a Captain, or Second in Command (SIC), for the chance to receive a Contingent Offer of Employment (COE)

We are hiring SkillBridge Captains and First Officers for our various fleets in various locations throughout the United States. Most major airports and many regional airports with regular airline service are available as primary and secondary pilot domiciles.
This position requires successful candidates to work as team members in a crew environment. Successful candidates will be safety-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and embody superior customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid Passport
- Commercial MEL Certificate
- Eligible for CANPASS
- Customer Service Focused
- Must be able to lift and move 30 lbs and occasionally up to 60 plus lbs
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (varies per a/c range and flight)
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, and travel on a consistent basis
