The Mission for this Position:

We are seeking highly talented captains to join our exciting Part 91 flight department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with pilots/principals, and be an experienced Gulfstream IV captain.

Well-qualified candidates will have 3,500 hours total time minimum, 250 In-type hours minimum, as well as impeccable customer service skills and a solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business aviation, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technology.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of an Gulfstream IV.
  • Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Be available for trips on varied schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Plan and conduct owner and charter flights safely, considering weather, weight, balance, and NOTAMs.
  • Supervise crew members and ensure team coordination.
  • Complete necessary company documentation and reports.
  • Travel extensively, adapting to schedule changes and managing extended duty periods.
  • Pass TSA background checks and secure required SIDA badges as applicable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and neat appearance.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Be comfortable around animals, ensuring care during flights as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a G-IV type rating
  • Part 91 experience required
  • 12 months current
  • 3,500 Hours Total Time Minimum
  • 250 PIC Hours In-Type Minimum
  • Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) Certificate
  • Valid FAA 1st Class Medical
  • Valid US Passport
  • This aircraft is away from base often, so we would prefer someone with aircraft management experience
