We are seeking Citation Ultra Captains to be based in various locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with pilots/principals, and be an experienced CE-500 Captain. Salary is based on experience.

Well-qualified candidates will have more than 3,500 hours, 2,000 Turbine Time, and 500 hours in type, as well as impeccable customer service skills and a solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business aviation, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technology.


Locations:

Must live within 45 minutes of (this is a must!):

KRIC: Richmond, VA
KRST: Rochester, MN
KATL: Atlanta, GA


Requirements:

  • Must live within 45 minutes of KRIC, KRST or KATL (this is a must!)
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to adapt to new technology
  • Goal-oriented with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Safely planning and operating owner and charter trips under applicable regulations
  • Checking weather, weight and balance, NOTAMS, and supplies
  • Supervising and directing other crew members as required
  • Completing company-required paperwork
  • Traveling as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Position: Pilot in Command
  • Type Rating: CE-500 (preferred)
  • License: Airline Transport Pilot certificate
  • Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land: 2,000 hours
  • Turbine Engine: 2,000 hours
  • Hours in type: 500 hours (preferred)

Schedule:

  • 7 On / 7 Off, assisting with emergency flight needs


Pay & Benefits:

  • This position offers competitive pay and benefits, which will be discussed in depth with our client if you are selected to move forward.


Additional Pay:

  • Per emergency flight pay
  • Extra pay for picking up shifts at other base locations


Safety-Sensitive Role:

This position is classified as safety-sensitive under the Department of Transportation-Federal Aviation Administration (DOT-FAA). All applicants will be required to undergo a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and may be subject to random drug testing during employment.
