We are seeking a dual rated Citation XLS+/Bell 407 Captain. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with pilots/ principals and be an experienced Captain. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Well qualified candidates will have at least 4,000 Total Time 2,000 hours Multi, 1,500 PIC and 1,000 turbine; with impeccable customer service skills, and solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business aviation, have a strong work ethic, pay close attention to detail, and adapt to new technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
PIC –
· Safely planning and operating owner under applicable regulations.
· Check weather, weight and balance, NOTAMS, and supplies.
· Supervise and direct other crew-members as required.
· Complete company required paperwork
· Travel as required
· Aircraft Prep (Cleaning and stocking)
· System Updates
· Hangar duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Position: Pilot in Command
· CE-560XL and Bell 407 Type Ratings Preferred
· License: Airline Transport Pilot certificate(Fixed and Rotor-wing)
· Total Flight Time: 4,000 hours
· Multi Engine: 2,000 hours
· PIC: 1,500 hours
· Turbine Engine: 1,000 hours
REQUIREMENTS
· Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
· Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate
· Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
· Ability to change and new technology
· Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently or as a team.
