What makes you a Hire Up Pro?

Pro Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record in operational or corporate roles

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with aviation regulations and compliance
  • Project management certification
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Type-rating and pilot experience (for those transitioning to corporate roles)
  • Participation in industry skills-based programs
